A Sonnet

When we arrived on Sunday night we found
A group of men and women, smiling all-
A cocktail hour in this little hall-
A room of mentors inextricably bound

Yes, bound to us in love for lasting change,
Asking questions, "Why are there still poor?"
How to work together, shore to shore
And find solutions as we all exchange-

Exchange great hope, ideas, strategy
Among these dynamic institutions
Inviting us, "Please join our revolution
As we unite good will and energy."

"Energy that endures without tire."
