Afghanistan Water Resources Development Initiative Journal This series of "journal chapters" was written by Guy Fipps during his tenure in Afghanistan. Dr. Fipps was assigned by the U.S. Department of State to serve as the Senior Advisor-Water, Afghanistan Reconstruction Group, US Embassy, Kabul. These journal chapters (Chapters 1 - 14, minus Chapters 4 and 6) and accompanying photos offer insights into the work environment and some of the challenges of the Afghanistan Water Resources development Initiative after more than twenty years of conflict in Afghanistan.
